Q 1. Do electric jaw accessories need to be purchased separately?

A The electric gripper comes with a cable and offers a variety of cable length specifications to choose from. Customers only need to prepare a standard compatible power supply, and it can be used immediately after plugging in, without the need to order additional basic connection accessories.

Q 2. Is the electric gripper equipped with gripper fingers?

A The product does not include additional customized gripper finger accessories. The finger structure design that comes with the gripper claw body can directly cover most simple grasping scenarios. In case of special workpieces or complex work surfaces, it is recommended that customers design and process their own dedicated gripper fingers according to the actual working conditions.

Q 3. Can multiple communication protocols be selected for an electric gripper?

A In the current hardware version, except for the Modbus-RTU (485)+1/0 combination protocol, which supports multiple selection and reuse, other industrial communication protocols (such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, etc.) do not support simultaneous multiple selection. Please confirm the required single communication mode when placing your order.

Q 4. What should I do if the clamping force of the electric gripper is too strong or needs adjustment?

A For the electric gripper with adjustable clamping force, if the clamping force is too strong, users can simply modify the current in the upper computer control software to achieve linear adjustment of the output torque of the gripper.

Q 5. What are the control accuracy and repeatability of the electric gripper?

A All models of electric grippers feature internally integrated high-resolution, high-precision absolute/incremental encoders, enabling closed-loop control. Their repeatability accuracy can reach up to ±0.02mm, ensuring high reliability under long-term high-intensity operations.

Q 6.Does the electric gripper support 48V power supply?

A Not supported. Currently, the rated operating voltage for the entire series of standard electric grippers is DC 24V. It is strictly prohibited to connect 48V or other non-standard voltages, as this may trigger overvoltage protection or damage the internal drive circuit.

Q 7. What causes the electric gripper to light up red?

A A red light indicates a fault condition, while a flashing red light signifies that the gripper has not been initialized.
